Terms and Conditions

It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions set out below

48 Hours’ notice must be given to cancel a driving lesson booking or the total lesson fee will be required.

72 Hours’ notice must be given to cancel a Vort test booking or the total test package cost will be required.

Payment must be made in cash at the beginning of the session directly to the instructor, unless alternate arrangements have been organised.

It is the client’s responsibility to hold a current Australian driving licence or equivalent overseas licence and carry it with them at all times during a lesson. The full fee for a lesson will be due if these requirements are not met.

If you leave any personal property in the instructor’s vehicle, it is your responsibility to organise collection. We accept no liability for such property.

Two Way Driving School does not accept any responsibility for traffic infringement notices incurred whilst students are driving.

We reserve the right to reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances.                                    The CBT&A/Logbook Express packages are a Guaranteed Pass because your trainer will ensure you a ready for the Final Drive they will not present you until you are at the Government standard therefore your package may be delayed or extra lessons will need to be included in your schedule at no extra charge if required.    Please Note: You must have 75 Hours to be eligible for this program.                       A Government Validation test applies to all students in particular International Temporary permit holders an Auditor may present themselves on the final drive and ride along with you, auditors only observe they do not decide or get involve with the final Drive at all. The sole decision to Pass you is by your Instructor/Examiner.       A Government validation test may be requested at random times.  Please note the validation test is out of your examiners control and no payments made will be refunded in this stage.
